How many trip options are there?
There is a pricing option for MEN and a separate pricing option for WOMEN. Each option has a per-person price and is bases on a double-occupancy. However, there is an option for a single-room for an additional fee. Rates are per person. See PRICING page for more detail.
How much is the trip?

Windjammer Landing Resort in St. Lucia.
Can I have my own room?
YES. There is an option for a single-occupancy room. See PRICING for rate/details.
Does NxlevelTravel book the flights?
All travelers are required to book their own individual flights. NxlevelTravel will NOT book flight arrangements for travelers.
Each traveler is responsible for making their flights and connections. Travelers should take special care to account for timezone changes and consider potential delays when booking their flights. NxlevelTravel is not obligated to make any adjustments due to delayed or missed flights. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
What airport do we fly out of / into?
All travelers are required to book their own flights to and from (UVF) – Hewanorra International Airport. NxlevelTravel will not book flights for this vacation.
Do I need a passport?
YES. You will need a passport to travel to this destination. If you do not have a passport, we encourage you to apply for one TODAY!
What is your hotel substitution policy?
Depending on the number of travelers that register for the trip, Nxlevel Travel reserves the right to move to a different resort as long as it is in the same rating class or higher)
What is your refund policy?
All deposits and full-payments or installments are non-refundable. Deposits, full payments and/or installments are non-transferrable. We encourage reviewing all details here on the website prior to making payments. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Does NxlevelTravel offer travel insurance?
NO. Nxlevel Travel does not offer travel insurance. However it is strongly recommended. While not everything is covered under travel Insurance, it is an extremely wise option for travelers. We recommend purchasing through a reputable company of your choice. Any personal issues that arise that require you to inquire about coverage should be directed to your travel insurance company, not Nxlevel Travel. All deposits and payments to Nxlevel Travel are final and non-refundable.
Will there be additional costs?
NOTE: Nxlevel may plan OPTIONAL activities that will come at an extra cost.
What are good websites to search for flights?
We recommend using Skyscanner, Kayak, Google Flights, or Cheap-O-Air.
What is your photo / video release policy?
By participating in any NxlevelTravel trip, event or activity (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree that NxlevelTravel, its affiliates and designees may photograph, film, record and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice and performance (collectively, “Media”), and upon paid deposit or full payment for the trip you hereby grant and assign to NxlevelTravel a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right, license and all right, title and interest in and to the Media to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, display and otherwise exploit the Media in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed for promotional, marketing, commercial or any other lawful purpose without further notice, approval or compensation to you; you waive any right to inspect or approve uses and release NxlevelTravel from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising out of such use. If you are registering a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent on the minor’s behalf. To request not to be photographed or recorded, notify NxlevelTravel in writing prior to the Event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee removal of Media in which you may appear. This release survives your participation and is binding on your heirs, assigns and legal representatives.
WHY IS THE COST HIGHER FOR WOMEN THAN MEN?
Ladies costume allowance is more than the mens because womens costume (suit and feathers) cost more than the men’s outfit. Ladies costumes are more intricate than men’s costumes and oftentimes have various accessories or options to add on.
Bedding Policy Notice
While we make every effort to honor requests for two separate beds when booking double occupancy, please note that two-bed configurations are limited and cannot be guaranteed at the Windjammer Resort. Rooms may come with one queen/king bed or two twin/queen beds, based on the hotel’s availability at the time of check-in.
If you are traveling with a roommate and require two separate beds, we recommend submitting your request early. Nxlevel Travel will pass all bedding requests to the resort, but final room assignments are at the hotel’s discretion.
