DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
YES. You will need a passport to travel to Barbados. If you do not have a passport, we encourage you to apply for one TODAY!

HOW MANY PEOPLE PER ROOM?
You can have up to 3 individuals within a room. However, each person is responsible for paying the per/person cost.
WHY IS THE COST HIGHER FOR WOMEN THAN MEN?
Ladies costume allowance is more than the mens because womens costume (suit and feathers) cost more than the men’s outfit.
Ladies costumes are more intricate than men’s costumes and oftentimes have various accessories or options to add on.
WHEN IS BAND LAUNCH?
Band launch for costumes is typically around the end of April/May.
When jumping w/a band on Grand Kadooment or Carnival Day it includes: costume, security, Dj, fully stocked trucks for open bar the entire day, breakfast, snacks, and lunch
DOES NXLEVEL TRAVEL PROVIDE FLIGHTS FOR THIS TRIP?
NO.
Each traveler is responsible for booking their own roundtrip flights to BGI (Grantly International Airport).
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK MY FLIGHT?
The best prices for Crop Over are normally around January. But you may find a good deal the earlier you book. USE HOPPER AS A RESOURCE.

WHAT ARE THE BEST WEBSITES TO SEARCH FOR FLIGHTS?
HOPPER, GOOGLE FLIGHTS, KAYAK, and CHEAP-O-AIR are all excellent choices to book your flight.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN NXLEVELTRAVEL ACTIVITIES?
Only travelers who book their trips through NxlevelTravel will be able to participate in NxlevelTravel-hosted excursions/activities.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits and installments are non-transferrable. We encourage reviewing all details here on the website prior to making payments. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
IS THERE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Nxlevel Travel does not offer travel insurance. However it is strongly recommended. While not everything is covered under travel Insurance, it is an extremely wise option for travelers. We recommend purchasing through a reputable company of your choice. Any personal issues that arise that require you to inquire about coverage should be directed to your travel insurance company, not Nxlevel Travel. All deposits and payments to Nxlevel Travel are final and non-refundable.
